H is about a young girl with a relatively happy childhood who is involved in an accident and has part of her body amputated. She mentions all the events leading from this momentous occasion and how the people around her cope. Each entry is dedicated to H as explains what she feels and how she copes with this change in her life.
This book is written in diary form, and I found it very hard to read. I found myself losing interest repeatedly, mainly because the author was telling me and not guiding me through the story. Over all the story was well written and explained H's feeling quite well, it just wasn't my cup of tea. But it was still a good read.
