Long ago the Dorshan were sent from their dying world by the Gods through the gate (a portal of sorts) to settle upon the Gateworld of Arth. The huymans on Arth have always resented the star people being there and it made them wary of the unique gifts the Dorshans and other starpeople possessed.

Sonneret, a Dorshan, was taken along with many other single women to the Akhilesh (King/Ruler) when he was searching for a new lifemate. When the Akhilesh first touched her hand, Sonneret knew this handsome, powerful man was her twin star or soul-mate. Will Sonneret be able to trust him with her heart and soul as well as the Dorshan's secrets? Will the Akhilesh be able to save her from those trying to destroy her and her people?

Twin Star is a wonderful story about a brave woman willing to do all that she must for her family and her people, and a man willing to sacrifice all for his heart's desire.

Twilight Crossings is a wonderful collection of stories that takes you to new and exciting places. It's a must read for those who love romance filled with the unknown, excitement, and adventure.

Elinna Serru spent her entire life dreaming of the day when she would become a Perceptor. Elinna was born of the Dayspring. She was seeing the living khi force within her. It seemed to well up out of her like a pure spring of light, a dayspring. It would take a little over two years of training to first become a Perceptor and healer, then a Master, with many tests during and after, for Elinna to truly understand the significance of her goals and dreams.

She is to be trained in the House of Loherin, under the guidance of the S'hazon, alien beings who are controlling the trained Perceptors and Masters, and who have the ultimate plan to make a special race of the Perceptors.

All the while, Elinna is torn between her loyalty to the House, her father and best friend. Her father has good reason to not want her to become a Perceptor. Also, her friend, Hasmonea, who once had planned to enter the House with her, has now become a staunch adherent of the ancient Temple, and the Sky Gods, pitting them as enemies for a while.

Then there is Mesor the Inheritor, the brother of the ruler. He once knew Elinna and Hasmonea as children, and he too, had the opportunity to enter the House. As a youth, he saw the S'hazon for what they were, and now that Elinna has been fully trained, wants her to help her to expose the S'hazon.

What an intrigue!!!!! This is a story that takes place on an alternate world, with two types of gods vying for the control of the people, which could ultimately cause the earth to ruin, and for all life to cease on it.

Will Elinna keep true to her vow to the S'hazon, and eventually go to reside in their alternate universe? Or will she listen to her friends, Hasmonea and Mesor, and learn to develop faith in the Sky Gods, and possibly play a role in the saving of the planet and humankind?

Well, Elinna must face test after test, which she faces alone, because she cannot tell her friends from her enemies.

What changes that? What happens to Elinna that shakes her faith in the S'hazon and gives credence to what Hasmonea and Mesor are telling her? I tell you, this horrendous discovery led me to tears and great anticipation.

And, what about Mesor? There is a strong bond between him and Elinna. But, Elinna can't trust, and therefore, cannot allow herself to get close to Mesor.

This is an amazing story. Dayspring Dawning will envelop you in its mysteries and questions. Ms. Berry has led us through this amazing journey, left us satisfied with Elinna's growth, and the possibility of a future with Mesor. But, she's done more. She's already written Dayspring Destiny, which is book two of this incredible journey to save the planet.
