Witty and a whole lot of fun, this book rocks with hilarious reality!

Rick Burgess and Bill "Bubba" Bussey are the leading men of a morning drive time radio program in the Southeast. Their offbeat, zany look at life is now available to readers in this terrific book. Each short chapter offers a unique view on a wide variety of subjects. The authors' words ring with a crazy kind of genuineness, which is guaranteed to cause some laughs.

Whether they are discussing marriage, meat or the hidden meaning in life's mishaps, each page is packed with humor. These guys are honest with a wonderful sense of humility. Even though they have titled their book an "expert guide" they are never dogmatic, just downright funny. They have successfully translated the appeal of their radio program to the written page.

Snappy-sized chapters set the pace of the book, allowing readers a brief peek in the minds of the authors on a whole array of interesting topics. The writing is friendly and casual, causing these words to almost sound like a conversation over a backyard fence. These guys excel in communication and imagination!

Yet, the best part of the book is the Christian witness of these men. Their ability to laugh at life comes from their sense of security in this world. They recognize the hand of God working in their lives, and because of that, they are free to enjoy themselves. This quiet joy literally spills from their hearts and onto the pages of this book. Laughter is gift from God and these guys know it!
