Twins, Mitch and Kristain are from the world of Aranak where their mother was queen. A woman from another world who would bring new blood to a world slowly dying because of the current queen. They travel to Earth in hopes of finding this special woman they could call their wife. But will they be able to find the one that will accept them both as husband and lover? For this is how it works on their homeworld of Aranak: twin males married, sharing and loving the one woman who catches both of their hearts.

Stephanie has told her sister, Jan, that she has always fantasized about having a menage a trois but what she didn't expect is for her dear sister to actually take her seriously and go about setting it up for her. A whole weekend filled with hot, steamy sex with two handsome twins.

When she opens the door she thinks she has died and gone to heaven. Standing there before her are two of the most sexy, handsome men she has ever seen. Men whose bodies and every move screams sex, and hot sex at that. Men whose deep, sinfully sexy voices make your every bone melt and your body quiver. Men who are there to grant your every wish and fantasy you have dreamed of and even some you haven't. Ah, what is a girl to do? Invite them in, of course. *bg*

What will Stephanie do when -after the best weekend of sex she has ever had- she finds out that these two men are from another world and according to their customs have made her their wife, let alone the future queen? Will the current queen just sit quietly by while her sons go about finding her replacement? And what about Mitch and Kristain's ex-girlfriend who is demented and obsessed with the twins?

Ms. Byrne takes us on a wonderfully hot and very romantic ride in Stephanie's Menage. The characters are well-developed, very strong and likeable people; and we are moved from the world of Aranak to Earth very smoothly and believably. The heroes are men that we wished we all could find: charming, loving, devoted and strong men who know what they want and are willing to do all that they must to get it. The heroine is very independent with a lovely sense of humor when she is alone or around others.

Stephanie's Menage by Mari Byrne is one romance story you do not want to miss. But please, before you read this make sure you have your ice water, fan and cool rag close by. You will definitely need it. *whew* This is one very hot story with lots of sizzling love scenes. I hope there will be a sequel to Stephanie's Menage telling us the tale of two more sexy twins, Shan Lin and Vincent, who were very interesting secondary characters in this story. Mari Byrne's is one author that I will be keeping a close eye on for future releases, which I am sure will be as great as Stephanie's Menage and her previous release Death Reborn. Tawny was carrying a load of laundry when suddenly she saw Death appear. Knowing he had come for her but scared any way, she hid in a room, believing she could hide from Death. Not hearing a thing as she hid, she thought perhaps she was imagining things. A handsome man in faded blue jeans, a white buttoned down shirt and sneakers was not exactly how she pictured Death would look when he came for her. Then he found her hiding place…

Lucas aka Death had known since he first saw Tawny twenty years ago she was his soulmate. She mad him want things no one had since before his death or even after. Knowing he could not live without her anymore, he struck a bargain with the Ascendant, hoping to break his contract. If Tawny will accept him for who he is, the contract will be broken and he will once again be mortal. For only then will he gain his heart's and soul's desire: Tawny.

In Death Reborn, Mari Byrne pens a very erotic tale of man (mortal or immortal) wanting/needing a woman to complete story. This is a very good…HOT story. My only problem with Death Reborn was the story was too short. *sigh* I could have read forever about Lucas, whose first concern was Tawny's pleasure and the need for her love. All though this tale is short, Ms. Byrne told it quite well. She didn't throw in useless facts or attempt to jam too much unneeded information in a few short pages. For a quick, spicy read, I fully recommend Death Reborn by newcomer Mari Byrne. In this reviewer's opinion, Mari Byrne is a fantastic new addition the world of writing and the Ellora's Cave roster.
