Will Ashley St. Claire be bold enough to take a walk on The Wilde Side with sexy Scott Wilde? It's Ashley's 30th birthday, and she's simply tired of being good. Going completely against type, Ashley decides she wants a fling, better yet, a one-night stand with a hot stud. When she enters a sports bar, she hopes all traces of the St. Claire hotel heiress are gone. After fielding several typical one-liners, she locks eyes with the one man who just might be her fantasy.
Scott Wilde makes a simple bet with his two brothers, Joel and Alex. While they are playing pool at a sports bar, they notice men striking out right and left with a beautiful newcomer. The bet is simple. Can Scott use the Wilde charm to get further with the woman at the bar than all of the other men that night? When Scott approaches the woman, she introduces herself as "Ashley" - no last name. Scott tells her about the bet. Rather than being irritated, she finds the wager amusing, and is already thinking of what the night will bring.
Moving to a private room, Scott and Ashley get to know each other rather quickly, and on a very primitive level. Ashley lays her cards on the table, and she and Scott have the night of their lives. Ashley gets the birthday to remember with Scott Wilde.
The Wilde Side is another titillating Wilde story by Janelle Denison. Readers have already been introduced to Scott's cousins in Wilde Thing and novellas The Wilde One and Something Wilde. No doubt readers were more than eager to read yet another Wilde story. Well, rest assured, that we get a wonderful treat with The Wilde Side. Scott is just as sexy as his cousins Adrian, Steve and Eric; his story is just as compelling. Both he and Ashley have pasts that make developing a relationship very difficult.
Ashley had a disastrous previous relationship that left her unable to trust. In addition to that, Ashley would like a bit more individuality by branching out from the family, and all the duties that come with it. Scott also had a very bad relationship in the past, and Ashley's insistence on anonymity creates a large measure of distrust. Ms. Denison does a fantastic job of creating solid characters, with strong emotions. The Wilde Side brings the entire Wilde family together in some very pleasing events. There's also an additional secondary story with Ashley's sister that was a pleasure to read.
It is easy to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was a thrill to watch Scott and Ashley's passion turning to trust and love, and hope. I am looking forward to more from the Wilde family. Mia, Scott's sister, has a story screaming to be told. Then there are Alex and Joel, Scott's brothers. For great continuity, be sure to pick up this installment of the Wilde family, and visit Ms. Denison's website for information on upcoming books - www.janelledenison.com.

Adrian Wilde has been trying to avoid Chayse Douglas for four months in The Wilde One by Janelle Denison. Chayse wants Adrian to pose in her Outdoor Men calendar and he wants no part of it. It's all rather frustrating to Adrian, because he is very attracted to her. This duel irritation drives Adrian to issue a dare to Chayse. At first Chayse has no idea why she should take the ultra-sexy Adrian up on his dare. But she must find out why he's so stubborn about the calendar. That, plus finding a way to deal with her own passion she feels for him.
One thing I love about this novella is the way Chayse reads each and every emotion of Adrian's. I've read the Wilde series to date and also have read The Wilde One several times. I must say, Adrian is my favorite Wilde brother, and I'm very much looking forward to Scott's story in March of next year.
Bad Boys to Go is another delightfully sexy anthology by Brava. Three terrific authors pen equally terrific and tantalizing novellas that will titillate your senses. Each novella has a great tale that will leave you satisfied. Be sure to visit each author's website to see what they have in store. There will be no shortage of great stories from each and every one of these talented ladies.
