Dragons come in all shapes and sizes. They also come with varying personalities, just like humans.
Some get very grumpy when they are awakened from their naps. Others are very wise, or self-centered, some even have allergies.
A dragon's life is full of different experiences and over the centuries they have met up with some very interesting or difficult humans.
This book is a wonderful collection of short stories of the lives of dragons. It is like reading a fantasy version of Aesop's Fables. There is a lesson to be learned from each story. Lessons that even an "older kid," like me needs to be reminded of sometimes.
Even though this book is written for young people, I think adults would enjoy this just as much. I certainly did!
