Everyone knows the story of Jack and Jill, how they went up a hill and Jack fell and broke his crown. But what happened afterwards?
Jill was at party, without her glasses and doing her best to keep to herself. When the host came up and introduced one of his friends, Jack Randall, she wanted to hide. Especially after he created a scene and once again breaking her heart. He had been the only man she ever loved and their life was wonderful until he fell down Fantasy Hill, hit his head on a rock and ended up in a coma. And she had left while he was still in a coma. It didn't matter that she had been forced to leave by his over-bearing controlling mother. Jack didn't want to see that and would never see it, she supposed.
Jack wanted to kick himself. The first time he'd seen the love of his life since he came out of the coma and he makes her cry. Granted, he was still angry she had left without waiting for him to awaken. Hearing the truth of why she left was hard. How could his mother, who always wanted the best for him, have chased away his perfect woman?
Can the magic of Fantasy Hill and Valentine's Day reunite these two lovers?
Ms. Foxxe's romantic novella, Jack and Jill on Fantasy Hill is a shining example to the power of love. While the story is short, the reader is nonetheless left feeling they know the characters and know them well. I look forward to reading more stories by Ms. Foxxe.
