Her entire life Renna believed what the Priestesses told her of her life as truth, that she was an orphan found by the order. But she'd always felt she had no freedom in her life, and so every night once the Priestesses were asleep she would leave the cloister to capture some of that freedom she so desperately needed.

Benar a disciple of the Sun God was the hated enemy of the Priestesses. He'd been the recipient of visions of a woman. A woman who would be important to him but his God never told him why. The day he finally spotted her in the meadow he rejoiced, he slowly approached her over time allowing her to accustom herself to his presence until she allowed him near.

Renna felt she had finally found what she'd been missing, when the Priestesses finally inform her of her true destiny in life, and Renna feels her world shattering around her.

Renna's Sacrifice by Bernadette Gardner is an erotic tale of love and sacrifice. The manner in which she shrouded Renna's true purpose kept you glued to the screen reading. I would definitely recommend this story.
