Love Slave, by Ann Jacobs, is an Ellora's Cave Quickie. The premise is that Shana Green has had this fantasy, this amazing fantasy. This fantasy became a major focus in this young college senior's life. But, it was just a fantasy. You see, Shana wanted to become a houri¸ a sex slave in the harem of a sheikh.
Suddenly, the man of her fantasies has a face, and a name. Dahoud el Rashid, nicknamed Bear by his football teammates. She envisioned him many, many times in her fantasy, it was as if she conjured him up, all six foot four, two hundred pounds of him. Dark, muscular and so sexy he put all other men to shame.
As a teammate of her brother, Bear eventually ran straight into Shana, and she ran straight into his fantasies. Really, who would've thought?
The catch . . . this sexy, beautiful, albeit unsuitable, woman would only have him one way, as part of his harem, her fantasy . . . Well, Dahoud has money, connections, everything. So, he had his assistant set it up.
During their many, many sexual experiences together, in this contrived harem, it just seems that this fantasy is too good -- for both Shana and Dahoud. Unbelievable! They both like each other so very much. The sex is hot and frequent. But, the cultures they both come from are so very different. The question is, can they make it work? Can something that emanated from a fantasy turn into a reality with a solid future?
Ms. Jacobs does a fantastic job of making this quickie, Love Slave worth the read. Hot, fast, and then tender sex over and over again gave me the wiggles, but I guess that was the point, huh? *g*

Illusions
Please, baby. Come back and I'll work my magic on you . . . My favorite line from Illusions.
In Illusions, the first novella in Ann Jacobs' Anthology Love Magic, Drake Donovan's power as a magician reached far beyond the stage. It was said that he attracted women as flowers drew honeybees. To many that would be a great thing. But, Drake was tired of the meaninglessness of it all.
CIA Operative Erienne Duval has a job to do. It is rumored that Drake is a spy, and she'll do anything, anything to find out the truth. But, part of her cover will include becoming very close to him, even his lover, as that will give her the opportunity to travel with him, to learn his secrets.
Will this be a hardship for either of them? If physical appearances and attractions matter, then, not at all. The sexual pull they both feel for each other is palpable. It took only one hot sexual encounter for Erienne to realize that she couldn't continue to spy on him. Her attraction to him pulled at something much stronger, much deeper, than sexual attraction, if that were at all possible.
Drake has his own issues. He knows nothing about Erienne being a CIA Operative. He only knows that she is different from all of his other sexual encounters, and even from his one true love. She makes him so hot, she drives him crazy. But, to him, it is much deeper than that.
Erienne realizes right away that Drake is no spy. Realizing that, she knows she must use him to expose the true traitor, but she became personally involved, possibly from the time their eyes first met. Their passion quickly turns to love, but will that love survive the duplicity or yet, a horrible tragedy? With love magic, it could, and it did. Read this sexy story and just see how love was not an illusion, but the real thing.
Commitment
A fantasy love affair -- a great, sexually-fulfilling relationship without the ties of commitment. But, how long would it continue to last? Can a couple move into the real world while still enjoying the fantasy they've created?
That's what Brent and Gaelen, the long-term lovers in the second novella of Ann Jacobs Anthology Love Magic, Commitment, will find out. Brent has enjoyed his five-year relationship, albeit a fantasy one, with Gaelen, but he starts to desire more - a home with her, children, the whole nine yards.
But, what about Gaelen? The whole idea of commitment terrifies her. Brent, knowing that, sets out to make every fantasy Gaelen has come to life. When the relationship was defined, being fantasy lovers was perfectly fine with Brent. But, now, Brent's fantasies lend to him wanting a commitment from Gaelen.
They've got two weeks of a sensual feast for Brent to convince Gaelen to cross the line of fantasy to reality. What was Gaelen feeling? Lust? More than lust? Stirrings of love? Could fantasy be turning into reality? The love she felt for Brent was terrifying to her; she couldn't risk it. Would she ever be able to overcome the tragedies in her life to allow herself to enjoy loving Brent?
Reality was just too uncertain for Gaelen. No, she couldn't' risk it. Still, could she? Should she? Could Brent show her the way? Did such a reality even exist? Could he make reality a part of that fantasy, too? Yeah, truly. Brent was there. Deep in her heart, and she could never let him go.
Read Commitment, and see how Brent and Gaelen turn fantasy into a reality that we all desire.
Both Illusions and Commitment are two very sexy stories in the Love Magic anthology by Ann Jacobs that show that love has its own magic that turns fantasy into reality.
