Genetically-altered Wolfe must find a way to get to Hope. She believed he was dead, but no, he was just waiting for the right time. Hope has been marked by Wolfe and has an insatiable desire for him.
Wolfe was created by evil Dr. Bainsworth, who is Hope's mother. What Dr. Bainsworth is trying to accomplish is to create able, vigilant soldiers by attempting to further her experiments by breeding Wolfe with Hope. Wolfe refuses to take Hope, as he would never want to hurt her or give in to the doctor's wicked, despicable plan.
Wolfe and the other altered wolf/men escape, but it takes Wolfe six long years to safely come to Hope. Since he placed his mark on her previously, she is desperate for him. But, when he finds her, he has to believe she was not in on her mother's evil plans.
I cannot believe how much is packed into such a short story here. It is an intriguing and intensely erotic short story. Ms. Leigh packs a wallop in Wolfe's Hope.

At the age of twelve, Marly's mom took her to the family's ranch to let her stepbrothers hide and protect Marly from the demon that was her stepfather. Now after being away to attend college, Marly comes back to the ranch to attend her grandfather's funeral and with hopes of finally snagging Cade's attention.
Ever since her teens, Marly has had a crush that turned into a woman's lust for the sexy cowboy, Cade August, the eldest of three brothers that had raised and taken care of Marly like she was one of their own blood. Over the years, she has heard the stories of Cade's unquenchable lust and dark desires. In the hopes of one day being with Cade, Marly prepares herself for all of Cade's decadent desires. Will reality be as wonderful as her hot and erotic fantasies?
Cade has always loved and taken care of Marly's every need. When Marly turned eighteen his love for her as a niece turned into hot insatiable lust. With Marly back in the house for spring break, Cade finds it harder and harder to keep his hands off her hot, tempting body. His mind knows this is wrong, even though they aren't blood related. He had raised and taken care of her since she was young...but his body has different ideas.
Cade and his brothers come from a very tormented past that has left deep, hurtful scars on them all. A tormented past that still rules them today. Cade, being the oldest, has tried to hold the demons at bay for them all. His dark sexual needs are something he does not wish to push onto Marly, for if she knew, he was afraid that she would run away scared and he could not handle not having Marly in his life. But in the end it is Marly's choice...will she accept Cade and his brothers for what they are? Or will turn her back on him forever?
Marly's Choice is a story filled with incredible romance with a taste of suspense. It is amazing to read about the incredible odds the hero and heroine go through...internally and externally to achieve their hearts desires. Lora Leigh did a wonderful job telling this incredible talent and I am anxious to read the sequel Sarah's Seduction that tells the story of Brock (Cade's brother). Hot, sexy, loving cowboys.... what more could a woman ask for?
