Three of today's top authors come together to give their readers three stories of fated lovers.

Shalene and her troops went out on a recon mission in hopes of possibly killing some of the aliens that had invaded and taken over their world. On this recon trip, they were able to shoot some of the invaders and capture a man who looked to be human that was with them. While interrogating this "human" man, Shalene could feel a bond between them and learns he is only working with the invaders to save his own troops that were captured. Working together they hope to save both of their people and take out the long time threat. Will Shalene and Micah be able to stay alive long enough to accomplish their goal?

Love Me Tomorrow is a wonderful quick read that is set in the future and filled with enough adventure to keep the readers on their toes. Romance, adventure and steaming sex mixed all together makes this a great story to read.

Danielle is about to turn thirty, and her friends want to take her to the new club in town to celebrate. She, on the other hand was looking forward to a more quiet night out, but they won't have any of it.

Armondes needs to find a new bride on the eve of her 30th birthday or suffer a 2000 year old curse. His last two wives died after being married to him a short time. The last thing he wants is another bride, but he has no choice.

Once married, Danielle finds herself thrown into a world of deceit, violence and love. Can she survive the first two in order to enjoy the third?

Ms. Painter has a good storyline for the book, but there were enough problems that I found it difficult to enjoy. I found the seduction scene where Armondes "marries" Danielle to be hasty, and not well explained, taking all choice from the heroine. Also, the dialogue in the beginning seemed very stilted, but that may be explained away by the fact the friends were apparently under a compulsion to take Danielle to the club.

I often found myself reading longer than I had realized, and was pleased by the way she made sure she wrapped up all threads at the end. I also enjoyed her take on vampire society, and am curious to see how other clans run their lives. Perhaps in the next book in the series, the reader will learn more.
