I'm not a student of the Kabbalah, however I did spend time learning some of the history surrounding it as well as reading some fiction books that mentioned how it applies in action. When I received Kabbalah and the Power of Dreaming, I was a bit reluctant, even sceptical. How can a book dealing with Jewish mysticism help a pagan or anyone?
As I started reading, I found myself taking in concepts presented and realizing that some of them were familiar to me. Though there were some ideas put forth that I didn't completely agree on, overall, I found myself enjoying the book. In fact, using some of the techniques, I found that my dreams were becoming clearer and that I could discern if the dream held meaning and help with a conscious issue I was trying to handle. I found the quick reference guides for the exercises a great help and reminder as I tried each step.
This book isn't for absolute beginners. There are concepts that are a bit tough, but if you'd like to discover the power of your dreams and bring about inner transformation and get more in touch with your intuitive side, Kabbalah and the Power of Dreaming is a great place to start or refine your skills. Take your time with this book and do the exercises as they help you learn, grow, and heal through the power of dreams.
