Climb aboard for a fun-filled journey to dreamland. The Goodnight Train is prepped and ready for passengers, however don’t count on this book to lull your children to sleep. *grin* Sobel’s story combined with with Huliska-Beith’s delightfully imaginative illustrations will have children giggling from the first page until “The End". I enjoy reading this book with my children, mainly due to the illustrations. From wooly sheep happily exercising to the coal car itself, every page brings a smile.
Don’t be late for this train!

Make fast the sails and prepare for an adventure! Shiver Me Letters is without a doubt, the best ABC book I have ever come across.
"R," roared the captain. "R's not enough. We need other letters to help make us tough."
This simple command roared out by an alligator captain sends the pirates (and readers) on an adventure to locate ABC's. Just as the pirates must search for the letters, readers must search also, aided by the rhyming storyline.
This book is fun for everyone. The colorful illustrations and cleverly hidden alphabet encourage children and their parents to read and laugh together. Looking for this book in my house is an adventure in itself; my children are constantly removing it from the bookshelf. Imaginative and amusing, Shiver Me Letters is a sure-fire cure for boredom and an unforgettable journey into learning.
