Katherine has just inherited her grandmother's house. She spends her time cleaning up the house and remembering her grandmother and the stories she use to tell. One story in particular draws Katherine into the wonderful garden out back. There in the middle of the garden sits a statue of a beautiful man. A man who played a part in her nightly erotic dreams. Sometimes he was very sweet and caring and other times a bit darker and demanding.
Katherine remembers the stories her grandmother use to tell her about the man who was cursed and is now a statue. She is constantly drawn to this statue day after day. For three nights she loses her control and makes love to the statue, unknowingly bringing him to life. But what she didn't realize was that when he was cursed he was broken into 2 men. The good and caring one and the other man was his darker side. In order for Katherine to be with either one of them, she must find the book that explains to bring the two halves together. She must hurry. Time is running out. Will Katherine be able to find a way to break the curse in time?
Into The Garden is a short story filled with much romance and a bit of adventure. Ms. Sparks did a wonderful job in creating a unique romantic story. The story was well written, the characters likeable; overall Into the Garden is a very enjoyable read and one I gladly recommend.
