Doesn't the title paint a wonderful word picture in your mind? Well, if you think the title is great, wait until you read the book! Angela Thomas has a true gift for encouraging woman to become all they can be in Christ. Through engaging stories, humor, honesty and some good old-fashioned biblical wisdom, the author will help get women on to the dance floor of life.
Yes, the book is really about dancing. No, not the kind where you have to wear special shoes and a party dress. Instead, the author uses the analogy of dancing to describe a full life with God. A woman needs to surrender herself to the arms of the One who created her, and let Him lead her through the steps of life. This beautiful idea permeates the pages of this book and will last forever in the minds of readers.
Wallflowers are "un-women", existing but not living. Angela Thomas explores those areas of a woman's life in which she may be living cautiously and hesitantly. Her words are bold, yet gentle, and the ideas presented are exciting. Readers can trust the message in this book because the author has lived it. She has known hopelessness and despair. She has gone from wallflower to a mighty woman of God. This book will encourage readers to look up into the eyes of the Father and hear the beautiful music of His love. And before she knows it, she will be dancing with confidence and joy!
When Wallflowers Dance is a Spirit-filled waltz with words!
