As the pages turn, readers will almost hear the trustworthy advice from more than 100 real estate experts. Donald Trump has compiled these tips in an accessible format, thereby providing a truly valuable assortment of ideas. Behind the success of many people is the ability to glean the best and wisest information about a subject. This book is a handy reference to some of the most useful and current advice in the world of real estate.

After the contributors are briefly introduced, there is an explanation of their particular strategy for success. The advice can range from a single sentence to several pages of clarification. Everyone surveyed has a sound working knowledge in this field and a proven track record. Readers will find the array of tips to be both interesting and highly informative. Whether someone is simply contemplating an investment in real estate or has been dabbling in it for years, there is definitely something new and worthwhile here.

The name Donald Trump has become synonymous with success, which will make this book appealing on that level alone. However, as with any real estate investment, there are no guarantees and these pages don't promise any. Nevertheless, the insights presented offer a unique and fairly comprehensive view of the market, and the suggestions are practical. Readers may consider this collection of counsel to be a crash course in real estate investing.

Readable, and filled with apparently reliable information, taking a page (or two!) from Donald Trump's new book may be a wise investment of time.
