He needed a mate. That was the only reason Graham Winters could find to explain his lack of interest where women where concerned. Where to find her though? He'd been with every female, both vampire and werewolf; and everyone knew he didn't date human females. To his surprise, he finds his mate at a party for his friends Regina and Dmitri (from Fantasy Fix).

Missy still couldn't figure out how she got roped into wearing stiletto heels and a dress that threatened to reveal her top and bottom to the party. Ava and the others knew how much she disliked undergoing a fantasy fix, if only she'd just stand up to Ava once in a while. To make her life worse, her ultimate fantasy man finally noticed her and asked her out. Of course, she knew it was because she looked like a hooker. Graham Winters would never ask out plain Missy Roper; he barely knew she existed.

In an effort to avoid Ava and her fantasy fix, Missy heads out the backdoor, running straight into Graham. In a moment of desperation, she asks him to take her home. Being the gentleman he is, Graham takes her to his house and thoroughly seduces her. The next morning, he knew without a doubt, he'd found his mate. But convincing Missy he wanted her forever was going to take time. Time he didn't have.

A power hungry pack member had Graham using the ancient law of Breeder's Rights. Now he has to convince Missy of his devotion and prove to the pack he has a fertile mate.

Be sure to have plenty of iced ice tea, cold water and preferably a trip to Antarctica planned before you open Christine Warren's latest release Fur Factor. As a lover of werewolves, I was highly anticipating this novel. It more than lived up to my expectations and I don't just mean the sex scenes. Graham was the best alpha werewolf hero I've seen in a long time; he's kind, caring, determined to protect Missy, and loves her deeply. Missy is the perfect woman for him; she's able to see reason and trust Graham even when clueless about pack behavior.

Ms. Warren has earned a place of honor on my auto-buy list and Fur Factor is going straight to my keeper shelf. Don't miss for any reason!

Friends tell each other everything. Especially the dirty parts.

Best friends and sexual fantasies. Sounds like trouble, right? For Regina and her friends it can be a lot of fun.

One night, during their bimonthly girl's night, the conversation turned towards fantasies...sexual fantasies. Everyone had them, but rarely had them fulfilled. After too much wine it was decided that the friends would help each other undergo a fantasy fix.

Names were chosen and the lucky winner wrote down five of their fantasies. Out of those fantasies, one would be chosen and together the friends would do their best to make fantasy become reality. There was only one rule: the fantasy date couldn't be someone the person already knew.

After finding her fiancé fooling around with his secretary, Regina had ended the relationship and refused to date again. In an attempt to cheer her up, her friends decided she would be the next recipient of a fantasy fix. A bit upset about her friends' refusals to leave her sex life alone, she deliberately wrote down bogus fantasies, knowing they wouldn't be able to find Big Foot, an alien or a vampire. When her vampire fantasy is chosen, she considers herself in the clear. After all, vampires don't exist.

Of course, her friends have other ideas. Obviously, as vampires aren't real, Regina had to mean someone who acts and has the presence of a vampire. To set the stage, they take her to a Gothic club where her "vampire" lover waited. Little did they realize how real her fantasy would become.

After many centuries, Dmitri had grown accustomed to the effect he had one women. He never expected a woman to ensnare him to the point where he forgot everything else. His Regina wasn't anything like the women he normally dated. But how to win her attention? He gently tapped into her mind and learned of her fantasy. Fulfilling it would be easy and the perfect way to bind her to him forever.

Utterly magnificent! Fantasy Fix has everything I love in erotic romance: a three dimensional hero and heroine, intriguing secondary characters, steamy sex, light bondage and even more sensational sex. The only thing lacking in this otherwise perfect novel was length. I wanted to spend more time with Regina and Dmitri. They quickly captured my heart and attention.

Thankfully, Ms. Warren has an upcoming novel involving one of Dmitri's friends. I can't wait to see what she has in store for the new characters.
