In the first of Kensington Brava's six-packs, we get six wonderful little Christmas-themed tales.
Coworkers Daniel Jarvis and Tara Ellison are driving each other crazy in The Nutcracker Sweet, the last story in this anthology by Nancy Warren. During a Christmas party at work, Daniel and Tara are about to play their part in a gift exchange. Since Tara is known for her hard, bossy ways, and a couple of the guys on the job call her the "Ballbreaker", Daniel purchased a nutcracker as her gift. Will he live to regret it, especially because a strong sexual hum emanates a lot of power between the two of them? When you read this book by Ms. Warren, you may find the sexual tension as titillating as the sex between Daniel and Tara.
Be sure to pick up this fantastic anthology written by familiar authors who will always have you coming back for more. It is hard to pick a favorite story, as each is so well-written. Even though these are very short, they are thorough enough that I was satisfied after each read. Jingle Bell Rock is already destined for the keeper shelf.

Bad Boys on Board continues with its Bad Boys theme by giving us three amazing titles by three well-known names in the romance industry.
An amnesia story done exceptionally well. A Fast Ride by Nancy Warren, is the last novella in the Bad Boys on Board anthology. Wes Doman wakes up and finds himself in a strange bed in a strange house with no idea on earth who he is. Nell Tennant is the person who found him hurt on the road, and while caring for him, decides to take her fantasies up a notch.
He is convinced that she is his girlfriend, and she lets him believe it. They enjoy each other as often as they can. While she feels guilt about using him for sex, he struggles with feelings of uneasiness about the amnesia, and his supposed life-style.
Oh, do I love Nell's description of Wes - 'her own personal rebel without a cause, easy rider, and lone wolf all rolled into one sexually explosive package.' Yowza! Or, should I say, Ms. Warren's description of this hottie. *g* While pretending that Wes is her boyfriend, Nell allows herself to live out a few fantasies as she deals with being at a turning point in her life.
But then Wes meets up with some folks who clue him in to who is is, and even then his own memories don't kick in. Is Wes this bad boy motorcycle gang member? Is there any explanation as to why he feels so firmly that that description and lifestyle just does not fit him? Will he regain his memory before Nell fesses up to her deceit?
Ms. Warren takes this hot, sexy story and weaves an amazing level of intrigue and suspense into it. You have got to read A Fast Ride.
Bad Boys on Board is a wonderful collection of novellas. Whether you want to read about an alpha male with his own set of rules, or about whether or not being stuck in an elevator for two people is really all that bad. Or whether you want to see an amnesia story just remind you that sometimes being at the right place at the right time can just lend a hint of fate to your lists of beliefs, you won't be let down. I have every book by these wonderful ladies, as they all are autobuys. So you must know that Bad Boys on Board goes on my keeper shelf, and that I will always try to be first in line for their upcoming books.
