For many, The World card in the Tarot deck is about wholeness, achieving your heart's desire, and reaching your goal.

Lars, a Master trader in his world, finds himself attached to Katriana, one of his slave girls. Though both don't quite understand the link between them, it causes them both confusion as well. In order to solve the dilemma, Lars releases Katriana from the bonds of slavery and frees her. The shift from slave to free woman is great and she is taught by a former free woman turned slave who still has some measures of freedom.

Can Katriana make the move from pleasure slave to free woman? Can Lars handle the transfer? What will happen to Sasha, who teaches Katriana the things she needs to know to rule the House?

Khul Waters does a wonderful job exploring the sensual side of Slave and Master in this tale and how a Master can fall in love with the slave. Within this relationship, both Lars and Katriana find completeness with each other. They achieve their heart's desire, even if it's secret at first. This story touches the heart of The World card of the Tarot. Amid this rich and lush world, Khul Waters has given us a glimpse of a wonderful world that I hope will be explored in other books. Truly a great read for anyone who wants to see a heart's desired be fulfilled and a wholeness restored.
