FBI agent Sage Kaimoon finally thought he would be able to catch Jean Lu-Marc. He had been chasing him for years. While keeping Lu-Marc under surveillance he sees his partner selling secrets to Lu-Marc. When he tries to arrest them both, he ends up killing both his partner and Lu-Marc and gets killed himself. The next thing he knows he is a ghost. Even as a ghost Sage goes after Lu-Marc. He must be stopped no matter what form he takes.

Teri Mallory is a witch, who has been taught her craft by her beloved grandmother, Irene. Irene tries to teach her as much as she can, knowing that her time is short. Four years later Teri watches her grandmother fade away from lung cancer. As she lies dying she reminds Teri about the box. After her grandmother's death, she goes out to her car and cries. She finally goes home to call her spirit guide as she had promised her grandmother.

One day while Sage is chasing Lu-Marc through a hospital he encounters Irene who tells him to take care of her granddaughter. When he goes out to the parking lot he sees a young woman crying. He can't seem to resist her and ends up following her home. When he finds himself summoned by Teri who thinks he is her spirit guide, he is surprised to find the young woman from the parking lot.

Can Sage save Teri from Lu-Marc? Can Teri find happiness with a ghost?

Ghost Touch is a steamy, ghost tale with hot and steamy love scenes. There is suspense, witchcraft, ghosts and love, what more could you want to read about. I did have a little trouble with the fact that Teri welcomed Sage into her bed so soon after her grandmother's death. In spite of that, I found this to be a paranormal tale that readers will enjoy. I look forward to reading other books by Ms. Winter.
