As a teenager, Constance had looked for love in the wrong place, spending moments with awkward males hoping for intimacy, but all she found was casual sex. Now as an adult all she wanted was to wake up on Christmas morning in someone's arms and knowing, for just that one moment, that she was the most important person in his life. She wanted to be swept away and trust her happiness to that person. At this late hour on Christmas Eve at Christmas party filled with couples there was no chance her dream would come true.

Seeing her standing there all alone, "Santa" called Constance to come and tell him what she wanted for Christmas. On a whim, she joined him on the dais, sat on his knee and told him her deepest wish. Afterwards, she slipped away into one of the smaller bathrooms to avoid not only him, but also everyone else.

Sam Coble couldn't believe his luck; he had taken the job as Santa on a whim and never dreamed it would give him one of his Christmas wishes. He had wanted Constance when they were teenagers, but could never work up the courage to ask her out. Now fifteen years later, he was going to get a chance. After surprising her in the bathroom, he tells her that this "Santa" is going to see to her request personally. He asks her to give him one night with no-strings-attached and she agrees.

What possessed her to say yes to Sam's request? Constance couldn't believe she said yes, but there was no way she could say no either. After all, casual sex with no intimacy was better than being alone on Christmas. Of course, no-strings-attached sex is never really without strings and in the glow of Christmas lights, Sam and Constance find a love to last a lifetime.

Snow Angel is a remarkably moving story. I found myself crying and desperately wishing Constance's wish would come true. Then Sam entered the picture, just as emotionally wounded and searching and instinctively I knew they would both find what they were seeking. Yet their journey to happiness is what makes Snow Angel so amazing and so unforgettable. Ms. Hill's tale is full of emotion, palpable sexual tension and some of the hottest sex I have ever read, not to mention interesting uses for ornaments and Christmas ribbon. *gg*

If you only buy one book this Christmas season, make it Snow Angel; you won't regret it.

Amy Finnegan has been fantasizing about the sexy Santa. Every time she takes a child to sit on his lap, she envisions herself there. Working as an elf, and along with him this season, Amy's had delicious fantasy after fantasy. It's Christmas Eve, and their working relationship is now finished. Too bad, though, because good friend Cole Bradshaw has played a huge role in Amy's delicious fantasies.

Cole has been Amy's friend for years. As far as he's concerned, it's definitely time to take it up a notch or two. Cole is sure, by the signals he's been getting from Amy during their Christmas charity jobs, that she wants him - maybe just as much as he wants her. Hoping he hasn't gone too far, Cole has set up a night of seduction for Amy.

When you read this hot and sexy book by new Ellora's Cave author Lacey Alexander, I am sure you'll agree that Cole and Amy burn up the pages. Whether you are reading about the Christmas gifts Cole bought Amy, or how he executes each stage of the night, Hot for Santa is utterly provocative.

What a delicious friends-to-lovers story. I love these stories because the bond of friendship holds so many deep emotions. Then add passion to the mix, and it becomes very fulfilling. I'm looking forward to more from Ms. Alexander.
